convenient parking great proximity super staff
i found parking very convenient right next to the hotel! the proximity to the o2 was a huge plus for me. the staff were super nice and helpful.
i noticed some dust on top of the mini fridge!

the location was convenient with a bus stop nearby. my room had comfortable beds and easy-to-use heating controls a fridge was included.
the bathroom was a bit worn i also noticed the shower gel was empty. my room was noisy due to road traffic and people passing by. that was not ideal.

Really good Service near the O2
convenient location clean room comfortable bed
The hotel's location near the O2 Arena was fantastic. A short bus ride made attending events very convenient. The room was clean and a decent size, a very pleasant surprise! Breakfast offered excellent choices and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, I had a very good night's sleep.
The hotel needed me to request towels upon arrival. They should have been provided automatically.

Breakfast included gluten-free options and was plentiful. I was grateful for the variety of choices available! There was a wide selection, and everything tasted fresh. This made for a great start to the day.

The room was clean and quiet, very important for relaxation. It featured a very comfortable bed and provided good sleep quality. I really rested well. The room size allowed for comfortable movement.

the hotel is close to the o2 arena. it took me only a short bus ride to get there. the room had a safe. it also had hangers available.
the room flooring was uneven.
